Photographs
If your package includes a photo opportunity, you will receive a professionally taken 6x9" printed photograph as part of your experience.
Should you wish to upgrade to a framed version, this will be available on the night for an additional charge.
Seating Arrangements
If you wish to be seated with friends or others in your group, please ensure all tickets are booked under the same name—this will automatically group your party together.

Ticket Grades
If you purchase tickets of different grades within the same booking, your group will be seated at a table corresponding to the lower ticket grade.
Example: If both Gold and Silver tickets are purchased together, seating will be allocated at a Silver-tier table.
Refund Policy

Full refunds are only available if the event is cancelled.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
In the event of a postponement, you will be notified by email with updated details. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer
Heroes & Legends Events are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs resulting from event cancellations or changes.
We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance when booking transport or accommodation through third-party providers.
Special Requirements
We are committed to making our events accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
If you have specific requirements, please notify us in advance. Requests made on the day of the event may not be accommodated.
Guest Attendance
If a guest is unable to attend, a new event date will be arranged.
Once confirmed, you will have 24 hours to choose one of the following:

A full refund

Transfer your ticket to the new date

Credit towards a future event
Please note: Rearranging dates may take several weeks depending on guest and venue availability.
If no response is received within 24 hours, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event.
Act Substitution Policy
In the rare event that a scheduled guest or act is unable to attend at short notice, Heroes & Legends Events reserves the right to replace them with a suitable alternative.
All tickets will remain valid for the event, and no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
