Refunds & Returns

Ticket Sales
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduling due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstance, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. Notification of changes will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you receive any important updates.

If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be offered event credit to use for a future event. If you do not receive your e-ticket after purchase, please contact us promptly at customerservices@heroesandlegendsevents.com. We cannot be held responsible for missed communications that result in failure to attend an event.

In-Person Sales
All in-person purchases are non-refundable, this includes items bought at our events. Changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund, regardless of the item’s value.

Auction Items
All auction sales are final. Once the auctioneer declares an item sold, the winning bidder is legally obligated to complete the purchase. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. Bidders participate voluntarily and without pressure.

Processing Time
Where a refund or return is granted, processing may take between 7–14 days.
